Our Mission

The Payne Center, in partnership with COGICUSA, is guided by a fundamental Faith and commitment to souls being saved and removal and the alleviation of ignorance to the power of Christ to save and heal; the center seeks to overcome this through and by the means of producing knowledge, wisdom and understanding in enhancing the Christians who desire to see God's work in their lives in bringing souls to Christ and bring about true basic Christianity in the Church. While the program agenda varies in some stages, procedures and locations, The Center is guided by several biblical principles: Many of these principles are written in several of Dr. J. Louis Payne's books. 

§The program emphasizes action and results in Soul Winning. Based on Bible principles and procedures, methods and convictions; it has prepared the way for many churches to make timely action in reaching the lost at any cost.

§The program and center is not here and does not duplicate the effective efforts of others in soul winning.

§It addresses this major ministry of Christ and it lack of emphasis in the Christian community with recognition that the this order of ministry was given by our Lord and impediment by the first century church (New Testament Church) as a winning program to win the lost at the cost of Calvary!

§The Center is nonprofit, non-denominational, interfaith, interracial, fundamental, biblical and foundational.

§The Payne Center believes that as people become believers in Christ, they become part of the Kingdom of God in the earth to bring Christ’s Kingdom from heaven to the earth. This program is designed to improve their lives, with even the necessary skills, knowledge, and other to resources to be very productive in the earth.

The Payne Center is here to collaborate with other organizations, public or private, in carrying out its mission. It is a Church-base ministry.
